How does online booking work?
Enter your rug’s width and length, choose a pickup option, and see your full total. Continue to enter your address and preferred date, then pay securely with Stripe. We email within 24–48 hours to confirm pickup. Washing and return take 7–10 business days from pickup.
What does the pickup fee cover?
The $50 fee includes pickup and return delivery when your rug is rolled and ready at the door. Move furniture off the rug and roll it before pickup. Choose the $100 option if you need us to move furniture to access the rug. This is the total transport fee for both trips.
How do I measure my rug?
Use the dimensions on the rug’s label or measure its longest width and length, excluding fringe. Enter feet; 6 inches is 0.5 ft. For example, a 5 × 8 ft rug is 40 sq ft: $240 to wash + $50 rolled-and-ready transport = $290 total.
Do you wash in my home?
No. We collect your rug, wash it off-site, and deliver it back. You don’t need to arrange in-home cleaning equipment or stay home for the wash.
Can I book wool, Persian, or odor-affected rugs?
Wool and Persian rugs can be washed, and pet odor can be treated. Results depend on the material, condition, and soiling. Use the optional rug notes at checkout to list materials, pet odor, stains, or existing damage so these details travel with your order.
How do I book multiple rugs?
Choose “Add another rug” and enter each rug’s width and length. Book up to 10 rectangular rugs, including rectangular runners, in one checkout. Washing is $6 per sq ft for the combined rugs, with one $50 or $100 pickup-and-return fee for the order. This calculator prices rectangular rugs; round and irregular shapes are not available in this online booking flow.
When is my pickup date confirmed?
Select a preferred future date during checkout. We email within 24–48 hours to confirm scheduling and your address. Your requested date is not an appointment until confirmed. Order and scheduling updates are handled by email.
What is your wash guarantee?
If you’re not satisfied with the clean, we’ll re-wash your rug or refund the wash portion of your order. Transport fees are non-refundable after pickup is completed.
What happens after payment?
Your confirmation email includes your order details. Pickup is confirmed by email within 24–48 hours, and return takes 7–10 business days from pickup. A preferred date is not a confirmed appointment. If you’re not satisfied with the clean, our wash guarantee covers a re-wash or refund of the wash portion of your order. Transport fees are non-refundable after pickup is completed.
