How long will it take to wash my rug?+
It will take 5–7 business days from the date of pickup.
What areas do you guys service?+
We cover the Tri-State area: New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Is this the same as steam cleaning?+
No. We pick up your rug and take it away for actual rug washing. This is a thorough wash, rather than an in-home steam cleaning service.
How much does it cost?+
Rug washing costs $6 per square foot, plus a flat $50 for pickup and delivery per booking. For example, a 5 × 8 ft rug costs $240 to wash, for a total of $290 including transportation.
How do I prepare for pickup?+
Please move any furniture off your rug, roll the rug, and have it ready to go before we arrive.
How do I measure my rug?+
Measure its width and length in feet, excluding fringe. You can use decimals: 6 inches is 0.5 feet. The calculator multiplies width by length to find the area.
