These terms describe the rug washing service offered through Easy Rug Wash. Please read them before submitting a booking.
Our service
We arrange pickup of your rug, off-site rug washing, and delivery back to you. This is not in-home steam cleaning. Our advertised service area is New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut. A state appearing in the booking form does not confirm that we serve that location; pickup availability must be confirmed.
Pricing and payment
Washing is priced at $6 per square foot, calculated from the width and length you provide, plus $50 for pickup and delivery per booking. Enter accurate measurements in feet, excluding fringe. Your total is shown before payment. If measurements or service needs require a revised price, we will discuss it with you before proceeding with additional work or charges.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Submitting your information or opening checkout does not mean payment is complete. A payment confirmation does not by itself confirm your requested pickup date.
Pickup and turnaround
Your selected pickup date is a request. We will confirm scheduling and service availability with you. Remove furniture from the rug and have it rolled and ready for pickup. Washing and return generally take 5–7 business days from pickup. If timing changes, we will communicate with you.
Rug condition and results
Please tell us about delicate materials, existing damage, previous treatments, or other concerns before pickup. Cleaning results depend on the rug’s material, condition, and type of soiling. We cannot promise that every stain, odor, or sign of wear will be removed. Contact us promptly if you have a concern about the service or your returned rug so we can review it.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Use our contact form as soon as possible to request a scheduling change, cancellation, or refund. Include your booking details and requested resolution. We will review the request based on the service’s status and applicable consumer law, and communicate the outcome. Nothing on this page removes rights you have under applicable law.

Provide accurate contact and booking information, and only submit information you are authorized to share. Do not misuse the forms, interfere with the site, or submit unlawful content. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
