What we do
We collect area rugs from eligible addresses in our New York metro pickup area, arrange specialist cleaning away from the home and deliver them back. Customers book through us; there is no Easy Rug Wash walk-in cleaning facility.
How a pickup request works
Measure your rug, choose whether it will be rolled and ready, and request a collection date online. We review the address, access and schedule before confirming pickup. If the rug is delicate, damaged or affected by pet urine or an old stain, contact us first so the cleaning scope can be discussed before payment.
Once collected, the rug is cleaned away from the home and returned by delivery. The person handling the rug assesses its material and condition to select an appropriate method. We coordinate the booking and communicate with you about timing or concerns; the site does not offer a public walk-in drop-off.
Clear pricing and booking
Our standard price is $6 per square foot of rug. Pickup and delivery cost $50 per booking when your rug is rolled and ready, or $100 when you choose help moving furniture off the rug. The calculator shows the total before checkout. A preferred pickup date is a request; we confirm the route and access with you. We normally return rugs in 7–10 business days from pickup.
