Our New Jersey pickup focus is on eligible addresses in Bergen and Hudson counties near the New York metro area. A New Jersey ZIP code alone does not guarantee a route. Send the exact address and preferred date so we can confirm availability before collection.
In Hudson County apartment buildings, ask whether a service elevator, loading area or vendor notice is needed for a large rolled rug. In Bergen County homes, tell us where a vehicle can stop and whether the pickup entrance differs from the mailing address. If the rug is upstairs or under heavy furniture, mention that before choosing a pickup option.
Price and booking example
A 6 × 8 ft standard rug is 48 square feet and costs $288 to wash at $6 per square foot. Rolled-and-ready pickup and delivery add $50 per booking; furniture-removal help changes that charge to $100. The booking calculator displays the total before payment, and the requested collection date is confirmed after route review.
Materials that need a second look
Ask for a custom assessment if the rug has a silk foundation, unstable color, heavy pet contamination, torn edges or a backing that is cracking. Give the material label if you have it and describe any cleaning products already used. We arrange off-site washing for portable area rugs and normally return them within 7–10 business days from pickup, subject to condition and schedule.
