Our Connecticut coverage is in southwest Fairfield County, within our New York metro pickup area. Stamford, Greenwich and Norwalk are examples of nearby communities; route availability depends on the exact address, particularly toward the farther end of the county. Prepare for collection
For a condo or apartment, check whether you need to reserve a service elevator or use a designated delivery window. For a house, choose an accessible collection point and mention gates, stairs or a long driveway when the date is confirmed. Select Rolled and ready if you will move furniture and roll the rug yourself; add Furniture Removal & Replacement for $50 if you need that help.
Price and return time
See your total before booking. FREE Pickup & Delivery on $250+ Orders. Orders with a cleaning subtotal under $250 have a $50 total pickup and return fee. Furniture Removal & Replacement is an optional +$50 flat fee. The $250 threshold uses the cleaning subtotal before furniture service or any other fees. A 9 × 12 ft rug costs $702 including FREE pickup and return, or $752 with furniture service. Rugs normally return in 7–10 business days from pickup.
