Our stated turnaround is 5–7 business days from pickup. That is useful to plan around if you are preparing for visitors, rearranging a room or moving. Allow time to confirm the collection date rather than treating your preferred date as a guaranteed appointment.
Enter your actual Connecticut pickup address when booking. We confirm availability and scheduling with you. If access involves a gated entrance, building delivery hours or other arrangements, raise those details during confirmation.
Calculate the cost from your rug’s size
Washing costs $6 per square foot, with $50 added per booking for pickup and delivery. A 9 × 12 ft rug is 108 square feet, so washing is $648 and the total with transportation is $698.
Measure the rug without fringe. The current online calculator is for one rectangular rug. Confirm pricing for a round, unusually shaped or additional rug before entering dimensions that may misrepresent its size.
Prepare the rug and the room
Move furniture away, roll the rug and have it ready for collection. Take note of its label, any existing damage and particular stains or odors you want to discuss. Tell us about those concerns when confirming the service; do not assume every material or stain can be treated the same way.
Because the rug is cleaned away from your home, the room will be without it during the wash and return period. Plan furniture placement and access accordingly.
