Our pickup area extends roughly 60 miles from Long Island City into nearby North and Central Jersey. That includes many addresses in Bergen and Hudson Counties, with route availability farther out confirmed case by case. We do not serve the whole state. Plan for building access
Apartment pickups in Jersey City or Hoboken often require a service entrance, reserved elevator or curbside loading window. For a house, make a clear path from the rug to the pickup point. Tell us about stairs, gates and parking restrictions when we confirm your requested date.

See your total before booking. FREE Pickup & Delivery on $250+ Orders. Orders with a cleaning subtotal under $250 have a $50 total pickup and return fee. Furniture Removal & Replacement is an optional +$50 flat fee. The $250 threshold uses the cleaning subtotal before furniture service or any other fees. An 8 × 10 ft rug costs $520 including FREE pickup and return, or $570 with furniture service. Discuss unusual shapes, materials or condition before booking.
We normally return rugs in 7–10 business days from pickup. Your preferred date is a request until route and access are confirmed.
