Stanley Steemer offers more than one rug-cleaning approach. Its official services page describes hot-water extraction for area rugs and off-site washing for oriental rugs. Its off-site rug care information also advertises pickup and delivery and asks customers to check local availability.
That means pickup or off-site washing alone is not a unique difference. Compare a current quote for your rug and address. Stanley Steemer states that services, pricing, promotions and hours may vary by location. We do not have a verified local quote to claim that we are cheaper.

1. Easy Rug Wash: pickup with published pricing
Our service is for rugs collected from your home and washed off-site. Washing costs $6 per square foot plus $50 pickup and delivery per booking. A 5 × 8 ft rug totals $290. Return takes 5–7 business days from pickup, and collection dates and availability are confirmed with you.
This option may suit you if you want to see the price from your measurements and arrange collection online. You must move furniture off the rug and have it rolled and ready. Our current calculator quotes one rectangular rug per booking.
2. A rug specialist with customer drop-off
If you can transport the rug, ask a local specialist whether customer drop-off is available. Compare the full price, handling arrangements and collection date. For a delicate or damaged rug, ask specifically about material assessment and whether any repair is a separate service.
3. An in-home carpet and rug cleaner
If you also need installed carpet or upholstery cleaned, ask a provider offering those services for an itemized quote. Confirm whether its proposed method is appropriate for your removable rug and how long the room or rug will be unavailable.

- Give each provider the same rug dimensions, material and concerns.
- Ask whether the quote is for in-home cleaning or an off-site wash.
- Confirm pickup and return fees, minimum charges and any proposed extras.
- Check turnaround and who prepares or moves the rug.
