Confirm your Westchester address
Westchester County spans many towns and travel distances. We serve eligible addresses in the New York metro pickup area, so please provide the exact pickup address before relying on a preferred date. A checkout form that accepts a New York address does not itself confirm that a particular town or route is available.
If the rug is in a house, tell us about driveway or entrance access and where the rolled rug can be handed over. If it is in a managed apartment or condo building, check any service-elevator and vendor-access rules. Those details matter more than the town name when planning a practical collection.
What a standard wash includes
For a rectangular area rug, multiply width by length in feet and then by $6. A 9 × 12 ft rug is 108 square feet, or $648 for washing. Add $50 per booking for rolled-and-ready pickup and delivery, or $100 per booking if you select help moving furniture off the rug. The online calculator shows the total before checkout.
When to request an assessment
Tell us before payment if the rug has loose fringe, a brittle foundation, color movement, mildew, old pet accidents or an unknown fiber. Photos of the front, back and problem area help us decide whether standard washing is suitable and whether a custom quote is needed. We arrange off-site care for portable rugs and generally return them in 7–10 business days from pickup, depending on condition and schedule.
